MCFP Workshop on Large N Gauge Theories

Details
Published: Friday, 09 April 2010 13:55

The Maryland Center for Fundamental Physics at the University of Maryland, College Park is organizing a three-day workshop on Large N Gauge Theories on May 13-15, 2010.

We expect the workshop to cover a fairly wide range of approaches to large N gauge theories, such as large N equivalences, lattice gauge theory techniques, techniques involving lower-dimensional field theories, applications of the gauge/string duality, and so on. Since space is limited, participation is by invitation only.
