Curriculum vitae

 
 
 Dr. Zohreh Davoudi received her B.Sc. in 2007 and M.Sc in 2009 from Sharif University of Technology in Tehran, Iran. She then moved to the US to continue her studies in Theoretical Physics. She received her Ph.D. in 2014 from the University of Washington in Seattle, and shortly thereafter joined the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Center for Theoretical Physics as a post-doctoral research associate.  In addition to her UMD appointment, Zohreh will also be a fellow of the RIKEN-BNL Research Center at the Brookhaven National Laboratory in New York. Zohreh studies strongly interacting systems of hadrons and nuclei using analytical and computational methods such as effective field theories and lattice quantum chromodynamics.
