Professor Alessadra Buonanno has been elected into The International Society on General Relativity & Gravitation’s Fellowship Program. The fellowship recognizes its outstanding members for their “excellence in research, especially the impact of candidate’s work on the development” of the field.
Professor Buonanno, was recognized for leading advances in the theory of general relativistic two-body dynamics and the production and detection of gravitational waves.
